Managing Job Information

You can view and edit information about one or multiple jobs.

This task shows you how to:

View Job Information

  1. From the Execution section of the action bar, click View Job Details.

    You can also view job details by right-clicking a job in the tree and selecting View Job Details.

  2. From the log level list, select the type of messages that you want to view.

    For more information about log levels, see Configuring the Execution Options and Running a Job.

  3. View the Job Summary information.

    The information includes the job name, start/end time, and the status.

  4. Click Close to close the panel.

Edit Information for a Single Job

  1. Right-click the job and click Rename from the context menu.
  2. Enter a descriptive Title and Description, and then click OK.
    If you edited the title, the new title appears in the tree.

Edit Information for Multiple Jobs

  1. Right-click Jobs to open the context menu.
  2. Click Manage Jobs.
  3. Optional: Click in the Title, Status, User, or Description column header and enter your desired content to filter jobs.
  4. From the table that appears, click the Title or Description field to edit them.
