Mapping Execution Options to a Parameter

You can map activity or step execution options to a parameter.

  1. Select the activity or step, and click Activity Options from the context toolbar.
    The Activity Options editor appears.
  2. Click the Execution tab.
  3. In the General Properties area, right-click Execute this activity.
  4. Click Map this value to a parameter.
  5. Select an existing parameter or add a new parameter.
  6. Click Confirm parameter mapping to accept the mapping.
  7. Optional: Click the down arrow, and click to edit the mapping.
  8. Optional: Click the down arrow, and click to remove the mapping.
  9. Click Ok to save your changes and to close the Activity Options.
