Using the Upload Step to Work Interactively

You can use the Upload step to pause execution and to manually select files to upload.

  1. From the Utilities section of the action bar, click Upload and drop it on the process diagram.
  2. Double-click Upload .
    The Upload Editor appears.
  3. Create an upload rule.
  4. Click the Options tab.
  5. Optional: Click Interactive.
  6. Optional: Configure other steps in the simulation process.
  7. Run the simulation process.
    Execution pauses after this step.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • Select Me > My Simulation Tasks.
    • From the job monitoring panel, click .
    The My Simulation Tasks panel appears.
  9. Select this item, and click Reclaim.
    A list of files that you can upload appears.
  10. Select the files that you want to upload, and click OK.
  11. Click Close to exit the My Simulation Tasks panel and to resume execution.
