Right-click in the header row of a Data Grid View anywhere
except in the Title column.

Select Custom Views.
- Optional:
If you want to create a custom view instead of editing the default view, click
Create New View and then enter a name in the
View field.

In the Visibility column, do one of the following:
- Click
to hide the
column in the data grid.
- Click
to show
the column in the data grid.
Note:
You cannot hide the Title column.

To specify the width of a visible column, in the Width column,
do one of the following:

Click in the cell then enter the width of the column. Note:
The value
-1 dynamically changes the width of the column to accommodate the
widest value displayed in it.

Double-click in the cell then use the control to select the width of the column.

Update from current view to copy the values to the
view. |

To pin a column to one side of the table, in the Pinned column,
select one of the following options:

Blank |
The column remains in its current display order in the grid. |
Left |
The column is displayed at the left of the grid. The first column pinned is
always to the far left. All subsequent pinned columns are displayed to the right of
the previously left-pinned columns. If the Color column is
visible, by default it is always pinned to the left of the grid, before any other
column. |
Right |
The column is displayed at the right of the grid. The first column pinned it
always to the far right. All subsequent pinned columns are displayed to the left of
the previously right-pinned columns. |

To change the order of the columns, click in the space to the left of a column name,
then us the directional icon to drag the column to the new location.

To sort the items in the grid by the values in one or more columns, do the
following:

From the Sort by list, select the first column to sort the
data by.

Click
to change
the sort direction to ascending or descending order, either alphabetically or
numerically, depending on the type of information in the column.

Optional: From the Sort by list, select the next
column to sort the data by.

Click
to change
the sort direction to ascending or descending order, either alphabetically or
numerically, depending on the type of information in the column.

To specify the item display density, from the Density list,
select one of the following:

Compact |
Each item is displayed in a compact format to optimize the number of rows that
can be displayed in the grid. |
Comfortable |
Each item is displayed in a comfortable format to optimize the readability of
the rows displayed in the grid. |

Optional: To reset the display of the items in the grid to the default
values, click Reset to Default.

Click Save and Apply.
The Data Grid View updates to show only
the selected columns at their specified widths. These preferences are maintained each time you
view this Data Grid View while the current instance of the app is running
in the current dashboard.
The Data Grid View columns for the page are reset to the default values
when you close this instance then open a different instance of the app in the dashboard.
