Access Configuration Files
You can access the configuration files.

Open the 3D Merchandising app.
- In the navigation pane, click Configure 3D Merchandising.

In the navigation pane, click Configuration Files.
The Configuration Files page appears. It lists the configuration files. Each entry shows a thumbnail of the file, the file name, the name of the creator, the date and time when the file was last modified, the file size, and the comments related to the file. You can also search for the required file or filter them by categories. You can also create and manage business units. For more information, see Business Unit Page.
Add a New Configuration File
You can add a new configuration file.
- In the Configuration Files page, click Add a new file.
- Drag the file into the dotted box, or click inside the dotted box, browse and select a file.
- Describe the file in the Comment box and select a category in the Filter tag box.
- Click OK.
The file is validated to ensure that it has the correct XML structure, tag hierarchy, and attributes. If the file is valid, it is added. If the file has any XML structure errors, an error message appears and the file is not uploaded. The error message also shows the location in the file where the error was found.
View Configuration File History
You can view the versions of a configuration file, edit the description, or delete it.
In the Configuration Files page, click a configuration file.
Update a Configuration File
You can download a configuration file, update it, and upload it.
Restore Default File Version
You can merge a configuration file with the default version of the file and restore the default version. You can perform this action if you have customized the configuration file and there is a new default version of the file.

From the Configuration Files page, click Download.
The configuration file is downloaded. -
From the Configuration Files page, click Download Default Version.
The default version of the configuration file is downloaded. - Merge the configuration file with the default version.
The customization that you added to the configuration file is added to the default version. - In the
Configuration Files page, click Upload.
The configuration file is updated and added as a new version.
