All Assets

This page lists all the available assets. You can search and filter the assets, view their details, or delete them.

This page discusses:

Columns

Column Description
ThumbnailShows a thumbnail image of the asset.
Quick LaunchShows some quick actions that you can perform.

Click to open the asset in a new tab.

TitleName of the asset. Click to view the details of the asset.
DescriptionDescription of the asset.
StatusLifecycle state of the asset.
OwnerName of the asset owner.
SupplierSupplier associated with this asset.

This is an additional attribute. You can click and select this attribute to add it to the view.

Views

ViewDescription
Click to add more attributes to the view. Your Business Administrator can configure the list of attributes.
Thumbnail ViewClick to view the assets as thumbnails. In the thumbnail view, you can point to an asset to view its details. You can click and select an action. You can opt to open the asset in a new tab or delete the asset.
Tile ViewClick to view the assets as tiles. In the tile view, you can point to an asset to view the details and select actions similar to the thumbnail view.
Table ViewClick to view the assets in a table.

Filters

Filter Description
Search Lets you search and filter the list of assets.
Maturity Filters assets by lifecycle state. You can select multiple states.

DeleteDeletes the selected assets.-
Add to CollectionAdds the selected asset to a collection.Adding Items to a Collection from a List Page
Add to Bookmark FolderAdds the selected asset to a bookmark folder.

Select an asset and click Add to Bookmark Folder.

In the Bookmark Folder box, enter the name of the required bookmark folder, select the required bookmark folder from the results, and click OK.

Refresh Refreshes the list of assets.-
Search my recent contentClick to view your recently created content if it does not appear on the page.-
Search in indexClick to view your content that is indexed.-
