Marketing Tags

This page lists all the available marketing tags. You can search and filter the marketing tags, view their details, clone, or delete them.

Required access roles: Author, Leader

To access this page:

  • From the home page, in the navigation pane, click Retail > Marketing Tags.

Columns

Column Description
Thumbnail Shows a thumbnail image of the marketing tag.
Quick Launch Shows some quick actions that you can perform.

Click to open the marketing tag in a new tab.
Title Name of the marketing tag. Click to view the details of the marketing tag.
Description Description of the marketing tag.
Status Lifecycle state of the marketing tag.
Owner Name of the marketing tag owner.
Identifier Business identifier used to retrieve sales history content for the marketing tag.
Start Date Date from which the marketing tag is effective.
End Date Date until which the marketing tag is effective.

Views

View Description
Click to add more attributes to the view. Your Business Administrator can configure the list of attributes.
Thumbnail View Click to view the marketing tags as thumbnails. In the thumbnail view, you can point to a marketing tag to view its details. You can click and select an action. You can opt to open the marketing tag in a new tab or delete the marketing tag.
Tile View Click to view the marketing tags as tiles. In the tile view, you can point to a marketing tag to view the details and select actions similar to the thumbnail view.
Table View Click to view the marketing tags in a table.

Filters

Filter Description
Search Lets you search and filter the list of marketing tags.
Maturity Filters marketing tags by lifecycle state. You can select multiple states.
Show Effective Lets you filter and show the marketing tags that are effective for that day. You can also select a specific date to show the marketing tags that are effective for that date.

Actions

Actions Description
Clone Clones the selected marketing tag. You can change the title, identifier, start and end dates, and the description for the marketing tag.

When you clone a marketing tag, all the products and retail stores connected to the original marketing tag are connected to the cloned marketing tag.

Delete Deletes the selected marketing tags. -
Add to Collection Adds the selected marketing tag to a collection. Adding Items to a Collection from a List Page
Add to Bookmark Folder Adds the selected marketing tag to a bookmark folder.

Select a marketing tag and click Add to Bookmark Folder.

In the Bookmark Folder box, enter the name of the required bookmark folder, select the required bookmark folder from the results, and click OK.

Refresh Refreshes the list of marketing tags. -
Search my recent content Click to view your recently created content if it does not appear on the page. -
Search in index Click to view your content that is indexed. -
