A retail cluster is a cluster of retail stores that is group based on parameters such as region and size. You can create a retail cluster from the home page.
Required access role: Leader
In the top bar, select Add > Retail > Create Retail Cluster.
The Create Retail Cluster page appears.
Enter the following details:
Field Name
Description
Title
Type a title of the cluster.
Description
Type a description of the cluster.
Business Id
Type a Business Id of the cluster.
Business Unit
Select a business unit of the cluster. By default, shows your business unit.
> Retail > Create Retail Cluster.
The Create Retail Cluster page appears.
