Preferences

To access the preferences, click > Preferences from the upper-right corner of the browser window.
Preference	Description
Collaborative Space	The collaborative space is a security mechanism that allows a team of users with different roles to work together. The collaborative space, along with the role and organization, define the credentials that controls your access to content created in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The collaborative space, not the user, owns the content.
License Pool	The license pool to use for checking out Abaqus licenses for credits and/or tokens if you are using UVM licensing. The preference is displayed only if you are running a cloud version of Abaqus Study and more than one license pool is available.
