When you create a template from an existing process in Process Experience Studio, you can remove the output files and images from previous runs of the process.
A process can generate output files and images when it runs. If this data is not relevant to
the template, you can remove these files.
Create a template from an existing process.
Ensure that the template is in the Development lifecycle
state.
From the toolbar, click Remove output files and images.
Output files and images previously generated by the associated process are
deleted.
