Defining Input Ports

You can define an input port to specify a load or thermal condition that you intend to use as an excitation in a co-simulation in the Multiscale Experiment Creation app.

Each scenario input port that you define becomes an experiment input port on the component representing the simulation in the Multiscale Experiment Creation app. The input port is typically used to receive a scalar variable from another component in the experiment.
