Starting an Abaqus/CAE Session

You can use Connector for Abaqus/CAE to start an Abaqus/CAE session.

For on-premises installations, you can also start Abaqus/CAE using your regular method and connect to the server later.

Before you begin: Install Connector for Abaqus/CAE as detailed in Installing the Connector. You must be able to run Abaqus/CAE on your local machine.
