Launching Connector for PowerFLOW

After you have installed Connector for PowerFLOW, you can start PowerFLOW desktop software from the Compass.

You can also run the PowerFLOW desktop software on your computer and use it to access the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

  1. Log in to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  2. Optional: Select the data to open in the PowerFLOW desktop software.
    1. Perform a search on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
    2. Select a PowerFLOW object that you saved previously (such as a PowerDELTA frame).
  3. From the Compass, select Connector for PowerFLOW .
    A dialog box opens, listing all the PowerFLOW desktop software installed on your machine that is compatible with the version of the platform that invoked the connector.
  4. Select the PowerFLOW desktop software you want to launch: PowerDELTA, PowerCASE, PowerVIZ, or PowerINSIGHT.
    Connector for PowerFLOW starts the specified software on your computer and connects to the3DEXPERIENCE platform. If you selected data before launching the software, the data is shown in the viewer.
