About the 3DEXPERIENCE App Adapter

You can use the 3DEXPERIENCE App adapter to update 3DEXPERIENCE parameters and to work interactively with other 3DEXPERIENCE Platform apps.

You can configure activities that contain the 3DEXPERIENCE App adapter to run on a Dassault Systèmes cloud server to which your organization has access.

When Automation Process Composer runs the 3DEXPERIENCE App adapter, it updates the 3DEXPERIENCE parameters that were selected during configuration. In addition, Automation Process Composer stops execution and allows you to work interactively with the configured 3DEXPERIENCE platform app. When you are finished working with the app, Automation Process Composer continues running the simulation process.
