Managing Delete Content Rules

You can determine the order in which content is deleted. In addition, you can remove rules that are no longer needed.

  1. From the Utilities section of the action bar, click Delete Content and drop it on the process diagram.
  2. Double-click Delete Content .
    The Delete Content Editor appears.
  3. To determine the order in which the rules are run, select a rule and click or .
  4. To remove a delete content rule, select a rule from the list and click .
  5. Click Ok to save your changes and to close the Delete Content Editor.
