Importing Parameters from an XML File

You can import a specified file that defines the Automation Process Composer activity parameters to create in XML format.

  1. From the simulation process, select the activity that will contain the parameters.
  2. From the Data Tools section of the action bar, click .
  3. Click Import/Export Parameters.
    The Import/Export Parameters dialog box appears.
  4. Select Import Parameters.
  5. Enter the name of the file to import, and click Execute.

    You can click Browse to locate the file.

    Note: If a parameter with the same name already exists, Automation Process Composer asks if you want to overwrite the value of the parameter or keep the original value.

  6. Click Close to exit the Import/Export Parameters dialog box.
