Editing Parameters Using the Parameters Panel

You can edit individual parameter information using the Parameters panel. Automation Process Composer applies the changes you make on the Parameters panel when you press ENTER or move the pointer to another column.

  1. Open a simulation process.
  2. Select the activity in which you want to edit parameters.
  3. From the context toolbar, click Parameters .
    The Parameters panel appears.
  4. Change any of the following settings:
    OptionDescription
    Name Change the name of the parameter.
    Model Select a new mode: Input, Output, Input/Output, Neutral
    Value Update the parameter value.
    Type Select a new type: Boolean, Integer, Real, String, Object, or Timestamp.
    Description Update the description of the parameter.
  5. Optional: Save the simulation process.
