  1. From the Applications section of the action bar, click XFlow and drop it on the process diagram.
  2. Double-click XFlow .
  3. From the XFlow editor that appears, select the Execute tab.
  4. Do either of the following to select the object to simulate:
    • Select Content, and select the XFlow model to include in the XFlow simulation.
    • Select Parameter, and choose an object parameter representing the XFlow model to include in the XFlow simulation or create a new XFlow model parameter.
  5. Select Save simulation after run to save the XFlow model after the adapter runs.

To avoid conflicts from multiple concurrent save operations, clear this option if you are running the XFlow simulation in parallel on multiple 3DOrchestrate Stations. Saving the simulation after each run decreases performance because of the time taken to save the data on the server.

  6. Enter the version of XFlow to run.

The simulation job will run only on a station that has the selected version of XFlow installed.

  7. Click OK to save your changes and to close the XFlow editor.
