Checking License Consumption for Individual Users or for Individual Jobs

You can filter to display credits and tokens consumption data for a single user, for a single job, and between a specified start date and end date.

When you filter by user name or job name, the app returns the records that match the user name or job name exactly. You cannot use wildcards (*) as part of the query.

  1. From the Compass, click Credits and Tokens .
  2. Click the License Consumption tab.
  3. From the Start/End time fields, specify the starting timestamp and ending timestamp for the period in which you are interested.
  4. In the Filter by User Name field, enter the name of the user whose consumption data you want to investigate.
  5. In the Filter by Job Name field, enter the job name for which you want to investigate consumption data.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Click Get Data to display the consumption data in the widget.
    • Click Download Data to export the consumption data to a .csv file.
  7. If you export consumption data in Japanese, do the following to display the data properly in Excel:
    1. Open Excel.
    2. Select Data > Get External Data > From Text.
    3. Browse to the .csv file and click Import.
    4. From the Text Import Wizard that appears, select Delimited and click Next.
    5. From the set of Delimiters, click Comma, then click Next.
    6. From the Column data format options, select General, then click Finish.
    7. From the Import data dialog box that appears, select New worksheet, then click OK.
    The Japanese language consumption data opens in Excel.
