Run setup.exe.

Do one of the following:
- Click Cancel to exit the installer.
- Click Next> to proceed with the installation.
The installation wizard opens to the Select Software screen, indicating the component you are going to install. - Ensure that SWC - Connector for SOLIDWORKS is selected . Then do one of the following:
- Click <Back to return to the previous screen.
- Click Cancel to exit the installer.
- Click Next> to proceed with the installation.
The View path screen opens, showing the default installation location. - Do one of the following:
- Click <Back to return to the previous screen.
- Click Cancel to exit the installer.
- Click Next> to accept the default location and proceed with the installation.
- To change the installation location, type or browse to a new location, and then click Next>.
- From the displayed list, select the language you desire and then do one of the following:
- Click <Back to return to the previous screen.
- Click Cancel to exit the installer.
- Click Next> to continue.
The Start Installation screen opens. - Review the selections on the screen, and then do one of the following:
- Click <Back to return to the previous screen.
- Click Cancel to exit the installer.
- Click Install> to start the installation.

As part of this process, the SolidWorks Document Manager API is installed and configured.
- When the Setup Complete screen reports that Connector for SOLIDWORKS is installed, click Close.
- It is recommended that you reboot your computer.
If you do not restart the machine, it is possible that errors such as Login to Enovia failed for user: could display. - The Connector for SOLIDWORKS is installed for all users of the host.
