Check In No local copy Warning To resolve this issue, delete the file using a command prompt and then check it in.
Check In Latest iteration is not attached Warning You are checking in an assembly that has a subassembly that is not checked out and which references a part version that is not the latest. (You cannot produce this warning without using the As-Saved functionality.)

Check In The file is checked out by another user Warning This message occur, for example , when an assembly references a part and there are two users (user X and user Y). User X checks out the assembly and user Y checks out the part. When user X checks in the assembly, user X receives the warning that the part is checked out by another user.
Check In Balloon numbers cannot be resolved Warning SOLIDWORKS on-drawing balloon/position numbers cannot be used in the 3DEXPERIENCE EBOM. This warning occurs if you have multiple SOLIDWORKS BOMs in a single drawing sheet; multiple drawing sheets; or a multi-level, indented SOLIDWORKS BOM.
Check In Derived format (PDF) only supported from SOLIDWORKS Warning You have turned on generation of PDF derived outputs but are attempting to check in a SOLIDWORKS file from Windows Explorer, where PDF files cannot be generated.
Check In Derived format (PDF) not supported for lightweight files/suppressed files Warning You have turned on generation of PDF derived outputs but are attempting to check in an assembly with lightweight or suppressed parts.
Check In Unsupported file format. The file needs to be upgraded Warning The SOLIDWORKS file was created with SOLIDWORKS 2000 or earlier.
Check Out File is checked out Warning You are attempting to check out a file that is already checked out by someone else.

This warning cannot be reproduced as long as As-Stored is not working.
Promote File is in wrong state Warning This message occurs, for example, when you check in an assembly that references a part, promote the part to Frozen, and promote the assembly.
