If you have the right permissions in your user profile, you can modify data card values in Workspace Properties dialog box.
The Workspace Properties dialog box appears when you right-click the workspace and select Properties.
To access the dialog box, right-click the workspace and select Properties.
General tab
Lists the workspace name, type, and location.
Workspace Data Card tab
Shows values of data card variables, such as the State, Owner, and Vault.
If you have permission, you can change the workspace's owner and edit the value of the Description field.
