Extruding

Extrude lets you extrude open or planar profiles.

Before you begin: Create a planar profile or a sketch containing a line.
  1. Select the sketch or the planar profile.
  2. Optional: Select a fixed element in the Fixed box.
    It can be a border vertex or an edge of the profile.
  3. To define both limits, specify the limit type.
  4. To define both left and right extremities, select Automatic Bend in the Bends frame and then select the extremity type.
