You can create circular
cutouts that is, thickening the profile normal toto
a wall or a bend. You can create cutouts from one or more points, sketches, on bends, mapped curves and projections, and on unfolded shapes.
From the Refine section of the action bar, click Circular Cutout
.
Select the point or the sketch as the center
of the circular cutout.
Tips:
The point can be selected anywhere in the geometry. In that case, an orthogonal
projection will be performed.
You can also click the surface to create a point directly under the pointer.
To clear a point, click it in the
tree.
To position the circular cutout, select the support.
The
support can be different from the support where the point lies.
In that case, an orthogonal projection is performed.
In the Diameter box, enter a value.
Note:
If
you change the Diameter value using the arrows,
the preview of the circular cutout automatically updates. However,
if you enter a value directly in the box, you need to click Preview to update the preview.
