Creating Dowels

You can create dowels by specifying the punch geometrical parameters.

Before you begin: Create a wall.
  1. From the Refine section of the action bar, click Dowel .
  2. To position the dowel, select the surface.
    A grid appears to help you position the dowel.

  3. From the Diameter box, enter a diameter value.


  4. Optional: To change the dowel's direction, click Reverse direction .
  5. Click OK.


    Warning: You cannot create a cutout or a stamp on a dowel.
