Allow Maturity Change Only by the Owner of Content

This access rule determines if only the Contributor/Contributor (Restricted) or Author/Author (Restricted) tht owns the content is allowed to change the maturity state of that content.

When this access rule is enabled (the default setting), only the person who owns the content can promote it.

When this access rule is disabled, other users can promote the content if they have the required access.

This rule does not affect content in the Private state. Only the owner of that content can promote it.

This rule does not affect Leader/Leader (Restricted), Owner/Owner (Restricted), or Administrator users who can change the maturity of content owned by someone else.
