Set Access Roles for Collaborate with Physical and EBOM

This access rule determines which roles can use the Collaborate with Physical and Collaborate with EBOM commands.

Environment: On premises only

The Specifications category for a Part in Engineering BOM Management includes the Collaborate with Physical command. As installed, only the collaborative space Owner has access to this command. This access rule allows you to extend that access to the Author.

The native apps include the > Collaborate with EBOM command for a Physical product. As installed, only the collaborative space Owner has access to this command. This access rule allows you to extend that access to the Author.

This rule controls access for both of these commands.

For native apps, the server must be restarted for a change to this access rule to take effect.
