Enable Minor Revision Authoring Commands

This access rule determines if minor revisions can be created. By default, the ability to create minor revisions is disabled.

Minor revisions should only be used in rare circumstances such as to bubble up modifications on released content. In general, minor revisions should not be used.

If you enable this access rule, commands related to creating minor revisions in the native apps are enabled. Users can create minor revisions either from an Action bar or the status bar.

When this access rule is disabled (the default setting), users cannot create minor revisions, only major revisions.
