Configuring Exchange Management Commands

You can customize required access roles for Exchange Management commands.

Required access role: Administrator.

  1. Open the Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center widget. For more information, see Widgets to Configure Content and Business Rules.
  2. In the menu in the left pane, click Exchange Management.
  3. Select the required access role from the list for each parameter. You can also select multiple access roles.

    The following table lists the commands and batches impacted by each parameter, and the corresponding default access roles:

    Note: You can also select the Author role. By default, this access role is not selected.

The access roles are modified and is displayed if the access role is successfully applied. Users who are logged in with a Leader role must restart their session.
