Configuring Bookmarks

You can define rules to customize Bookmark behavior.

By default, Bookmark Editor creates Bookmarks in the Draft state. You can configure Bookmark Editor to create Bookmarks in the In Work state.

Note: This configuration does not affect Bookmark Roots, or Bookmarks created in Collaboration and Approvals.

Required access role: Administrator

  1. Open the Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center widget. For more information, see Widgets to Configure Content and Business Rules.
  2. In the menu in the left pane, click Bookmark.
  3. To change the creation state of Bookmarks, select the When creating a Bookmark, set the maturity state to In Work check box. This check box is cleared by default.

    All Bookmarks created by all users in Bookmark Editor will be created in the In Work state.

  4. Reload the cache.
