Configuring E-Signature

You can configure the option to mandate the use of e-signature when approving tasks.

Required access role: Administrator

  1. Open the Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center widget. For more information, see Widgets to Configure Content and Business Rules.
  2. In the menu in the left pane, select E-Signature Management.
  3. To mandate the use of e-signature for approval tasks, select an option from the Configure E-Signature list.

    Specified in route template E-signature authentication is required for select routes only. To mandate e-signature authentication for routes created using a route template, the route template creator must select Yes for the Approval With Signature option while creating the route template.
