Defining Who Can Create Collaborative Spaces

For the members in your host company, you can set whether they can create collaborative spaces.

On the cloud only: Members have creation rights enabled by default.
On premises only: Creation rights are disabled by default.


Before you begin:
  1. From the compass, select Collaborative Spaces Control Center.
  2. Click the Collaborative Spaces Control Center widget.
  3. Click Define Member Permissions.
  4. If you have access to multiple platforms, select the needed platform from the widget preferences.

If you added this widget to a dashboard, open that dashboard.

  1. To let a member create collaborative spaces, click Allow Creation for the member.
  2. To prevent a member from creating collaborative spaces, click Deny Creation for the member.

Each tile shows either "Allowed for creation" or "Not allowed for creation."
