You can view the list of credentials (combination of collaborative space,
organization, and access role) to which a person has been assigned.
Before you begin:
From the compass, select Collaborative Spaces Control Center.
Click the Collaborative Spaces Control Center widget.
Click Define Member Permissions.
If you have access to multiple platforms, select the needed platform from the
widget preferences.
If you added this widget to a dashboard, open that dashboard.
Locate the required member. You can search for a member among a list of members
by entering a username, first name, last name and full name. You cannot start
with the last name.
Click > Display Credentials .
The app opens a popup window listing all of the credentials to which
this person belongs, using this format: Collaborative
Space∙Organization∙Role.
