- Select a mesh.
- Modify the offset value with the ruler.
The direction of the offset is given by the sign of the value. The offset is automatically computed. -
Optional: Right-click and select Create shell.
A closed shell composed of the initial mesh, the offset mesh and the ribbon of
triangles joining them and giving its thickness to the surface is created.
