Hiding or Unhiding a Conversation

You can hide or unhide a conversation. For example, if the conversation topic becomes obsolete.

Before you begin: See 3DSwym Roles to know more about your Create, Read, Update, and Delete rights while working with conversations.
  1. In the left pane, select the Conversations tab.
  2. Either in the Favorite Conversations or My Conversations sections, hover over the right of the conversation you want to hide, and click Hide this conversation.
  3. Click OK to validate.

The conversation is hidden.

Once hidden, you can unhide it by:

  • Creating the same one with the same participants.
  • Searching it using the default Search mode from the top bar, then opening it from the results list to restore it to the My Hidden Conversations section.

If a new message is added by any participant, the conversation is also restored.
