Creating Sheet Metal Symmetry

You can transform geometry with a symmetry operation. The Sheet Metal Symmetry command applies to current bodies.

Before you begin: To perform this task, create a pad.
  1. From the Sheet Metal section of the action bar, click Sheet Metal Symmetry .
  2. Select a point, line, or plane as reference element.
  3. Click to create the symmetrical element.
    The original element is no longer visible but remains in the tree. The new element (identified as Symmetry.xxx) is added to the tree.
