Creating Balloons

You can create balloons on a 3D view or directly on a model. You can add balloons to label the components of a model. You can edit the balloons using the commands from the context toolbar.

If you add annotations directly on a model that do not have 3D views, the annotations are inserted in a 3D view by default(isometric view).
