3DSpace Index

3DSpace Index (formerly called "Full-text Search Server") is a back-end component which indexes 3DSpace ENOVIA data. It does not have any front-end functional feature displayed on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform UI.

Important: This component relies on the Business Analytics Server platform for search capabilities. This involves several requirements, installation, and configuration steps detailed in this guide and the 3DSpace Index Administration Guide. Exalead CloudView is the technical product on which Business Analytics Server runs. You therefore mainly see references to "Exalead CloudView" in the documentation.

It is agreed that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided in the documentation, software components packaged and delivered by DS as part of a given Licensed Program:

• shall solely be used together and as part of such Licensed Program and
• shall not be used standalone and for other purposes than the ones for which such Licensed Program has been marketed and granted to Licensee/Customer by DS.

It means that the EXALEAD CloudView server delivered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform product, including the data stored and indexed in such server, can only be used by 3DEXPERIENCE platform apps, or developed using 3DEXPERIENCE platform public APIs.
