- Running baseline indexing with a node down, or any part of the EXALEAD process down, is not supported.
- Running set system search index with a node down is not supported.
- Running clear searchindex with a node down generates an error in the
MQL console. This is the expected behavior.
- Running status searchindex with a node down generates a report based on
the running node. When both nodes are up, the report is based on the first available node
(that is, the first node entry in the
config.xml file).
Note:
In High Availability, when a node is down and brought back up, data added or modified may
not be searchable even after successful incremental indexing operation. Perform explicit
incremental indexing operation when both nodes in HA are up again.
