Excel Export Preference

You can customize the number of rows when exporting a basket to an XLS format, on-premises and on the cloud.

Preference Access

Administrators only can customize this preference. For more information, see Customizing Administrator Preferences.

Excel Export Preference Usage

Use this preference to declare:

  • The number of columns
  • The information to be exported in each column.

  1. Click to create an Excel profile.
  2. Click in this profile to define parameters for a column.
  3. Define the following parameters:
    Parameter Description
    title A string.

    Defines the title of the column.

    Note: This parameter is optional. If no title is defined, the localized label of the predicate is used.

    predicate A string.

    Define the following predicate of the property, or the predefined identifiers:

    • $level: The level of the object, indicated by a sequence of indent characters
    • $sycid: The identifier of the object
    • $displayText: The display text of the object

    displayText A Boolean.

    For properties having resources as values, indicates if the cell displays:

    • True: the displayText
    • False: the identifier

    width A number.

    Defines the width of the column.
