Morphing Terrains

Use Morph Terrain to modify a terrain locally. The portion of terrain locally modified passes through one or several points or curves.

  1. Select one terrain to deform.
  2. Select the Target Elements (points, or curves, or clouds of points).
  3. Select a curve or a join of curves as the Limit Element.
  4. Select a type of Constraint Attenuation to control the shape of the terrain morphing.
  5. Optional: Select the Insert Target check box to project the target elements projected on the terrain to deform.

    Note: If you select this option, no color is specified on new points.

  6. Optional: Select the Insert Limit check box to project the limit element on the terrain to deform.

    Note: If you select this option, no color is specified on new points.

  7. Optional: Modify the Projection Type.

    Tip: Right-click Direction to create required elements.
