Refining the Terrain (Mesh)

Refining the terrain file consists of enriching the terrain to include survey points. This is done with the Refine function.

Click Play to watch the video:

  1. Import the external file that contains survey points.
  2. Click Refine Terrain and select the terrain and the imported survey points.
  3. Select Direction.
  4. Select Survey to flag the points as control points.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Hide the terrain survey and the created terrain as well.
