Reordering Markup Entities

Markup Reordering lets you reorder the markup entities.

  1. In the Review Reordering dialog box, select an entity and click Move Up .
    The entity is moved up in the list.
  2. Select an entity and click Move Down .
    The entity is moved down in the list.
  3. Select an entity, click Change position , and select another entity.
    The first entity moves below the second entity.
  4. Click OK.
    The entity order is applied and the modifications are saved.
