About Co-Review support for a Review

Co-Review enables you to share information about a Review in a product context.

The review information is shared in the collaborative window. A Collaborative Window is a tab that can be successfully opened on the observer side following leader action and in which collaborative commands executed by the leader are successfully reflected in the observer's tab. The user that initiates the Co-Review is the leader and the user that accepts the Co-Review is the observer.

When you start a Co-Review, the Product with Review that is opened from the database or created after the Co-Review is succeeded, is visible on the observer’s side.

Notes:
  • If the review is not consistent in the collaborative window at the observer’s side, an appropriate message is displayed.
  • Observer should not insert, modify or delete a review.
  • Co-Review should not be initiated when you have clicked any command.

The commands available for the leader of the Co-Review are listed below.

  • Markups
  • Reply
  • Slides
  • Markers
  • Measures
  • Section
  • Compare

The results of the commands in the work area are visible to the observer side as well as the leader side.

Note: While editing a markup, if a dialog box to edit markup is available from the leader side, this dialog box will not be visible on the observer side. The observer can only see the results of the commands and changes in the product made by the leader.
