You can manage the persistency of product graphic properties that are
modified in session.
Tips:
By default, product graphic properties are volatile. It means that their
modification cannot be saved. To make them persistent and share them in the
database, you must run the Keep Modifications
command.
To display a warning message when you modify a volatile graphic property, open
Me > Preferences > App Preferences > 3D Modeling, and select the corresponding option in Systems Architecture > General.
Before you begin: Open an assembly consisting of a root product and a
subproduct.
Change the color of the subproduct using the Graphic
Properties section of the action bar.
From the Product
Modification section of the action bar, clickKeep Modifications.
