Weld Annotations

Drafting lets you generate fillet weld annotations on a drawing. Since user welds and user swept welds are customized welds, the welding symbols on these features depend on requirements. These symbols can be any of those shown in the tables below.

About Weld Lengths in Annotations

Fillet Weld

Creation Option Description
Leg Length specifying two identical length values Prefix z followed by a single weld dimension
Leg Length specifying unequal length values Both lengths are shown. The smaller length is followed by x, followed by the higher length.
