For structured content, you can right-click anywhere on the row to open the context menu.
Some pages could have different menus for different columns; and some columns could be
the menu for a different item than the one listed in the first column.
The default context menu includes these options:
- Properties > View. Shows the Properties page for that
object.
- Lifecycle. Some menus only show
Lifecycle that opens the lifecycle page for the object;
other pages show the Promote or Demote
commands (as shown here) that promote/demote the object to the next/previous state
in its lifecycle.
- Add to
Collection :
- Add to Clipboard Collection. Adds that item to the
clipboard collection
- New / Add to Collection. Opens the Select Collection
dialog box.
- Files.
For document objects,
lists the files checked into that object.
- Related Files. Lists files checked into objects related to
that object.
- All File Details. Opens the Files page for the object
(combines files checked into the object with files checked into related objects).
You could see a different set of options depending on the type of object you
right-clicked.
An app
can define its own content menu. Those content menus include the collection options
listed above.
