Graph Display Mode for Structured Content

Many structured content pages, such as a Bill of Materials (BOM) page or a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), let you choose the graph display mode.

To view the graph, select Display Mode > Graph. If Graph does not show in the list, the page does not support the graph display mode.

The graph view displays a visual tree of the items on the page and a minimap window. Each item in the tree includes an image and the item's name. You can expand / collapse the items to navigate the hierarchy. The and tools work with the tree or the details list.

You cannot display a structure with more than 2,000 visible nodes in graph mode. For example, if a structure has all nodes expanded and you exceed this limit, you can collapse some of the nodes and then switch to graph mode.

For large structures, the display area might only show a small percentage of the tree. The minimap window shows a miniature version of the tree with gray boxes representing the items. The minimap includes these controls that affect the graph:

Selector box White box on the gray background indicates the currently-visible items.

You can drag the selector box to view different parts of the tree, and you can click in any empty space in the window to drag the structure.

Zoom bar Enlarges or reduces the size of the items in the tree.

For each node, you can use these buttons:
