Users can work separately on a same ontology and guaranty that the ontology they are
editing reflects consistently the last changes pushed.
If you want to edit an
ontology, one of these icons appears:

another user is editing the ontology, all the fields are grayed out and any
creation/deletion is deactivated. Wait until the push from the concurrent user is
made.
the ontology is in read-only mode

Out-of-date ontology
An ontology appears as out-of-date on your side if another user made a push before your
entered the ontology. If you want to edit an ontology, confirm the update/deletion.
A dialog box prompting you to pull any update or deletion may appear if you have not
updated your ontology yet. Click Yes in the dialog box.
If you want to do this action later, the icon appears as a status reminder.
