Add a collection

In the Ontology, click the Collections tab.

Click
The Create a collection dialog box appears.

Type the Preferred label.
The URI is generated on the fly from the Collection label entered (if English is
selected), otherwise a UUID (Universally unique identifier) based URI is
generated. Note:
Preferred labels entered are in the language you selected in your
Preferences.

Click Ok.
Update a collection

In the Ontology, click the Collections tab.

Select a collection and update the fields.
You can add a type (RDFS or OWL Class).
Note:
The URI field is not editable.
- Optional:
If you want to edit or display additional properties (other than built-in
properties):

Click > More

In the Search properties field, enter the label of the
property you want to add.
An autocomplete list appears. Select the property you want to add and click
. Note:
The list of properties is retrieved from the current ontology and
from all its prerequisite ontologies. The properties of the Ontology type are not
proposed..

In the property line, add the values.
Depending on the property configuration, you can add Literal, or/and URI
values. For example, you can add:
- Literal value: a property whose values are literals.
Click to add a
literal value.
- Resource value: a property whose values are URI
resources.
- Resource or Literal value: a property whose values are
URIs or literals. Click to add a
literal value. Enter a URI name (autocomplete) to add a URI.
Note:
If the property is functional, only one value can be
provided.

To delete an additional property, remove all its resources.

Click Update.
Click Reset to ignore changes since last update.
Delete an collection

In the Ontology, click the Collections tab.

Click next to the
collection you want to delete.
You can also click on the collection and click .
A dialog box asking if you want to delete the collection appears.

Click Yes.
